As the Office Manager of the Palm Desert and Indian Wells Offices, I keep Agents inspired and engaged with Office Training, Masterminds, and Coaching. It's a culture of Agent to Agent collaboration and teamwork.
Our Staff includes Administration, Marketing, and Technology support staff. Our Agents know we have their back. I understand how important it is to have a Manager and Staff who is accessible and available to handle transaction problems, contract questions, and legal issues when they come up.
We are home to some of the Top Agents and Agent Teams in the Desert. Our top Agents share their knowledge and experience. We nurture new Agents and Coach emerging Teams to success.
